Best Western Capistrano Inn

Comfy bed, friendly front desk folks! Surprisingly quiet inside room despite freeway proximity, at least in room 411. TV was good quality and size with plenty of choices. Breakfast was awesome. I've stayed at plenty of BW. This one had best breakfast. Although the heavy lids for hot foods would not stay open. So one had to hold lid open with one hand and use other hand to manipulate/ serve food onto plate resting on counter top. Kinda awkward.

Excellent value and close to the Mission, which is why tourists come there. I stayed in one of the not remodeled rooms, but it was acceptable, clean, and the bed and sheets/pillows were good hotel quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was so kind and friendly. I really like how clean everything was and felt very safe. Breakfast was great for the price because we enjoyed fresh fruit, coffee, and kids had fresh waffles with fresh fruit, which was great for me on a budget. I travel everywhere with my kiddos and it’s nice not having to dish out extra cash for breakfast. A great deal on a great location.

I love this particular Best Western Property! & that is because the staff has exceptional customer service. Our room was clean spacious and beds we’re comfortable! Microwave and Mini Fridge included which is great. Our room had a patio which we utilized throughout our stay

The location was so handy to us guys riding the Ortega Highway. I thought the noise from the Interstate might be a problem but it wasn't. I loved the palm trees everywhere and the elevation of the location really made it.
